And that was due to a typo in the skin. Fixed in 4cd92291b6b50d3a89b74168025594c780bd9ab3 which will be in the next Eden build.

You can fix it yourself in the meantime by opening addons/skin.confluence/720p/IncludesHomeMenuItems.xml and changing the Library.HasContent(Videos) to Library.HasContent(video)

Now I feel silly - I didn't even know you could click on Videos and get a separate result. You're right, when I click on Videos I do get to the root and can access playlists.
