Displaying poster help

So I've got everything in there right I think, here is the issue...


as hopefully you can see, some (most actually) of my shows' posters do not show up, they are showing up as squished banners.

I have all of my files set up as this...


I have the folder.jpg as the poster
banner.jpg as banners
poster.jpg as posters...etc

anyone got any ideas?

edit: i've waited 24 hours, actually much more
