[Request] Cull.tv

I've been looking for a MTV style continuous music video plugin but couldn't find any. So, I was wondering if http://cull.tv can be converted into a plugin? The website itself is kind of like pandora but for music videos.

Is anyone interested? Is this even possible? I can work on the graphics and try to help with some simple coding.
