Pakee, I'm having problem with the addon. It automatically switches the channel. why is that happening? If im watching Zee ETC it automatically changes to Filmy and same with other channels as well. Is there any fix?

I think what happens is that the stream drops for a few seconds causing the XBMC player to stop playing it. Currently in my plugin when the user selects a live stream, under the covers it creates a playlist of all the following streams (to allow users to skip to the next using the fwd/next button). The problem with that is, if the stream drops instead of going back to the list of channels, the player will play the next one in the playlist so thats why it happened.
To avoid this, you can follow the below: Install the latest version of the plugin (1.0.14) from http://code.google.com/p/pakee/downloads/list?q=xbmc and then: video->addons->right click on pakee->addon settings->change "Media play mode" to "Single" Now it will not create a playlist of links...so if the stream fails you will go back to the channel list where you can restart the stream Try it out and let me know... |
