ive got sports devil but its not opening any vids up or am i doin summat wrong and there was a mention about veetle repo that plays live streams

I use this plugin, too. And it works for me.
Did you read the instructions found in http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=100031 Especially livetv.ru uses a lot of sopcast streams. And for sopcast you need an external player. For windows there is a sopcast directshow filter and you can use MPC-HC as player. |

I bought a JB Apple TV 6 months ago to watch US & Aus tennis tournaments & occasional uk soccer, I have been totally disappointed & frustrated by the streams. Classic example- this morning after searching through loads of streams that looked so promising (working, loading, Sportsdevil etc) finally managed via Naviextreme to watch on US Espn 2. Soooooo annoying.

Thanks for that. Another suggestion I've had is premieradlive.com which has a subscription but I've yet to try it.
