I have a Dell Optiplex 755 with Intel Core 2 processer and 2 gigs of ram
Looking at the motherboard the PCIE x16 slot is marked as 25w. Because of the case size i cant upgrade the power supply eaasily.
I was looking at putting in an AMD 5450 graphics card which seems to require only a 19w power (this website says the TDP is 19.1w) - am i reading that right.
Would the 5450 be sufficient for 1080p MKV's
Still not sure whether to run windows on it or just xbmclive
