I'm not sure I can cast light on the correct xml to mod (if there is one) rounded corner masks are inside the skin somewhere depending on the system O/S and skin/version...(used to be located in the roaming dir) e.g. in mine there are a lot of skin masks in C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC\addons\skin.transparency\media but I'm using the SVN version of the skin; the offical repro skin has the files compressed in some database and it's not clear what the compressor is.
