I'm just checking before installing xbmc & if its just the 1 the to instal, no extra patches ?

AE has been included in nightlies since May, therefore I would suggest that DanielA (though I obviously don't speak for her) feels her task accomplished. If you have problems there is an AE thread in the stickies on the Windows thread for issues - the dev DDDamian is constantly tweaking and looking for feedback.

Disabling ARC shouldn't be needed, it should be enough to make sure audio passthrough isn't enabled on the AVR.
