What lives at 192.168.1.117:32400?
At the moment nothing, but looks like the ATV2 is looking for it before allowing anything else to load.
Plex iOS uses that port. What other add-ons are you using?
The best advice I ever had with my ATV2 was to start from Fresh. I had to re-jailbreak and reinstall.
Everything worked lovely then.
Yours seems to be trying to connect to something that no longer exists.
(I think you should start a new thread about this though, digging up old threads makes the forums become messy).
