In the default XBMC theme (confluence), scrolling to the pictures option on the home screen displays an image that some could see as a little awkward with family/friends over. This shouldn't be a huge deal, but I'm wondering if we could make this theme just a tad more family friendly by default?

Confluence allows you to easily change any of the stock photos to something of your liking.
If I remember right the option is under Settings-Skin.
