[IDEA] LCARS Skin

Hi all,

I'm thinking in creating a LCARS (Star Trek TNG Computer Interface) based skin for XBMC.

I'm looking for ideas on the libraries display pages, and also the "base" theme to use.

I'm looking forward to read your ideas and starting to work on the skin.

I'll release a few screens as soon as the home screen is ready.

I've already seen that post.

That work is stalled, all resource files are gone, and i'm trying to "reinvent" LCARS.

The original LCARS interface is intended to be beautiful and easy to use on a touchscreen, but there are several improvements made by fans to a "fan made" LCARS version. I've posted a request to use some artwork of two of that fans so I can start showing the screen.

Something like 25th century LCARS or LCARS 2.0.

Just looking for ideas for the libraries at the moment.

Ahh the good old lcars skin the often promised but never delivered here is hoping that "this time for sure" Smile
