What's the deal with etc directory and Eden?

Hi again,

So far I have managed to get samba, sabnzbd and sickbeard all up and running on Eden Beta3.

But in the tutorials / examples online, have commands like this:
"/etc/init.d/sickbeard start"

Every command with /etc/ in it fails for me. I checked and I don't have an etc directory anywhere.

In previous versions, didn't etc reside in the home directory: hts xbmc etc ? Or in the xbmc folder?

/etc is an absolute path...you should find /etc in the root.
