Can someone smarter than me code this?

I LOVE this skin, but it's missing one feature that I miss from my DVR... the option to prompt to delete when a show is done... I recently had to go do some cleaning of my media drive due to it being full. I know that I can just hit the delete button, and answer yes to both, but I would really love an option to prompt me, and default to no. That would also enhance the WAF.

I did some searching and found that there are some hacks out there for other skins, but I have no clue where to start to hack it into refocus.
