I am thinking about fanless.
I can go either mini or micro ATX.
I will run ubuntu os.

I need your recommendation on motherboad(less than $110.00) and cpu (less than $150.00) please, if i want to build it in the next 2-3 weeks?

you should have bought the ASUS E350 Fanless motherboard + CPU kit...
and use OpenELEC on it.

Dont care about fanless any more. Please recommend me a good mb and cpu for that graphic card that i have please.
