Hello everyone.

First of all... It's the first time I write something negative about the software in this forum, and cause of that I'd like to congratulate and thank all of you for this amazing piece of work.

Ass-kissing done (hahahaha kidding), let's go to the point:

I'm brazilian, but even so, I usually download, when needed, the subtitles from the OpenSubtitles.org service, but not always the desired subtitle in portuguese is found there, so I use Legendas.TV for it, but it only works at the first time when downloading from Legendas.TV.
At the first time it downloads correctly, but on the second time (i. e. another movie), it stucks at the message "downloading subtitles".

It only happens with Legendas.TV. With OpenSubtitles.org it's not an issue.

I believe this issue has something to do with RAR or ZIP files cause in Legendas.TV it's common for a lot of different files' subtitles to be packed into one RAR or ZIP file. At the first time, as I said before, it works fine and shows me the list of subtitles inside the RAR or ZIP file to select, but at the second time, even if I select the same item on the list, it will stuck at the message "downloading subtitles", problem only fixed if I restart XBMC, but it will work only one time until I restart XBMC again.

Sorry for the long text. I was just trying make it more detailed.

Since now, thanks for the attention.

Sorry it took so long. I wasn't aware that was needed to enable debugging mode in system.

I believe now it's right.

The problem goes on, but now it happens with OpenSubtitles.org as well.

I've tried on another computer to discard the possibility for this to be happening only on my htpc, but the same thing goes on. The interesting thing is that this only occours on the Eden beta versions, including the RC2. With a normal installation of 10.1 Dharma, the XBMC Subtitles script works just fine.

It makes me believe it's an issue of the Eden versions or the XBMC Subtitles plugin version for Eden.

Aside of that, this is an awesome software!

Hi, It is happening to me in all 4 installations even when I was using the Dharma. I even unistalled the XBMC, deleted all entries from registry, and the folders in %appdata% and program files folders, it worked very for the first I ran the applications, when I recycled the HTPC and loaded the XBMC again. The problem came back, the first subtitle downloaded was fine, but the 2nd try of download it, not working again.

Regards,
