Updating XBMC through NitoTV

Hi guys, I apologize in advance if this has been asked, i'm trying to do a search on the site but it keeps coming back with errors.

I am currently running Eden B1 on my ATV2, I would like to update it to Beta 3, how do I go about doing this through Nito.TV.

Just tell it to install through NitoTV as if you were doing it for the first time. Sometimes it won't say update when it should, but if you just hit "install" it will do the same thing.

All settings will be preserved, etc
