Hey guys,

Does anybody know if a picture widget exists? One that shows images in a random order from a particular folder?

I'd like to change the (for instance) spotlight square on the home screen to show a couple of my favorite photos. I've managed to do so with a multiimage control, but not with the desired transition effect... (it fades instead of slides like the rest of the skin)

Ive been at it for days now, trying to make my own widget, but Im afraid this goes beyond me =|

Im85288 has included an entry for pictures in the home menu of his "Xperience1080pluplus"-mod that also shows a diashow of pictures in a selectable folder. Just here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=165481

Maybe you like to use this mod or at least im85288 may tell you how he did it.
