[mac] Eden beta 3, crashes everytime I connect the TV to the Pulse-Eight CEC Adaptor
#1
Hi, I'd like to report that after upgrading to Eden beta 3, every time I connect my Anynet+ TV to the XBMC, it crashes. Before beta 3, I had a night build from some time in November which worked fine with it.

Currently the TV turns on when I start XBMC, so some communication works, same when the screensaver comes up, the TV turns off. But when I tell the TV to connect to XBMC to be able to control XBMC, it crashes (every single time).

Here's a log of what happens as soon as it tries to connect to the XBMC, until it crashes:

I hope this is the forum to report this kind of things, otherwise, please let me know where I can do it.

Thanks for all the great work! Awesome product!!

You could try some of the custom builds from pulse-eight perhaps?
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.

I just have tried this build yesterday while doing some testing and it worked for me (Windows version). Not sure if it will fix your problems.
Get your Mac install here http://packages.pulse-eight.net/

This is because you are running a newer version of libCEC which is not supported in the Eden builds from xbmc.org libCEC will be updated post eden stable release
