For example German or Italian people watch movies with German/Italian translated audio, i can imagine for them having this option is great.

Not sure I follow. There is not even language support implemented in TMDb scraper for trailers. It should in fact always get the English trailer.

...and just tested. It does for me.
Can someone include a debug log?

Just tried and it worked for me when language set to Dutch and then scraped a movie with only a trailer linked to English.
