Was wondering if someone can make an add on for the pogoplug streaming function.

To clarify this request, the Pogo Plug has transcoding hardware. I don't have one, but from what I read it can be played back on mobile devices as well as a web browser, so it sounds like a stream that can be easily caught.
The add-on would need to be able to request a file on the HDD for transcoding and then pickup the transcoded stream.
