Export database...

When I export my database, it asks me 4 questions:
Single or separate
Export thumbs & fanart
Export actors thumbs
Override old files.

Is there a way to get rid of the last question? I'm afraid 1 day by mistake I will choose Yes instead of No...

I believe that it is "overwrite old files". If you say yes the worse that could happen would be that it overwrites your current directory contents with what is in the XBMC database anyway. Not the end of the world, in my opinion.

Oops, yeah I meant overwrite :o
I usually modify the .nfo's to my liking so wouldn't it reverse them to what they were like before?

If you've modified the .nfo's and scanned stuff in, then the modified nfo will be the same as what is in the db anyway.
