Change the default action of item selection on home screen?

Thanks for a great, smooth and easy GUI.

Is there any way to change the default action of item selection on the home screen? Example, clicking a recent added movie on the home screen goes directly to playback. I want it to go to the movie information screen, like I have configured my movie library to do.

Haven't found any options on this in the gui settings for this skin. Is it possible to add this setting to the gui, or change it manually in some xml file?

Not possible unfortunately.

Bummer, is it a limitation in xbmc skin development? Otherwise consider it a feature request

As we're not in the actual video library we're limited to the home window Latest.. info labels, so while it's possible to create a fake video info screen it wouldn't be able to contain all the features the real one does.
