XBMCbuntu and AMD A6
#1
Hey,
Iam using Win7 atm but I would like to try XBMCbuntu is it possible right now or are there still driver problems with A6 or AMD cards?

I dont really need any of the Windows specific features.
I just want XBMC, SAB with sickbeard, CP... and MySQL.

I have a SSD any problems there with ubuntu?

I could just try it but with a Live CD you dont really see the real performance and I dont want to format my Win7 only to see that XBMCbuntu doesnt work Wink

thanks

Hi,

I also have a thread in the Linux sub forum here

Sounds like you at least got Live to work on your Win PC, unless I am doing something wrong I can not get it to boot.

Sorry not helping you but you might help me catch up.

Cheers

Alan

Nvm I am back on Win7, A6 support is just not good enough to use it as main HTPC maybe in a few month.
