I know this isn't strictly PVR dev but I have recently updated my 2 skins PM3.HD and SLik and I figured this is the place to get the attention of the people who use PVR XBMC

Is PM3.HD PVR update available over XBMC Skin repository ? Installed it but have no PVR support !?

No because it's not compatible with normal xbmc so unless we start up a pvr only repository you will have to install it manually
