Recently I have been having frequent buffering of locally stored content (tv shows only to date). I'm not at all sure why this could occur when the files are not streamed or located on a server but on an external hard drive attached to my htpc via usb.
Running Eden Beta 3, Aeon MQ3 on Windows 7.
Any thoughts?

Odd indeed/ Anything else hogging cpu cycles in the background? Virus-scanner, virus, etc? Hard-drive nearly full or badly fragmented?
System: XBMC HTPC with HDMI WASAPI & AudioEngine - Denon AVR-3808CI - Denon DVD-5900 Universal Player - Denon DCM-27 CD-Changer
- Sony BDP-S580 Blu-Ray - X-Box 360 - Android tablet wireless remote - 7.1 Streem/Axiom/Velodyne Surround System
If I have been able to help feel free to add to my reputation +/- below - thanks!

no viruses or virus scanner running. i dont download any untrusted sources and install, run virus check then uninstall virus software once a month which i have done this week. hard drive is at 80% capacity, i will defragment and see if that helps...
