Hello,
I wouldn't post unless I was completely out of ideas. Here are the circumstances of my problem.
I have two smartphones in my household that I would like to connect to my media center via Kore or Yatse. Only one of these smartphones will connect to Kodi over the network. The other "sees" the media center when it Kore/Yatse scans for active hosts but cannot connect when prompted.
Some more information:
I've double checked services settings for remote control access etc.
I've double checked IP and webserver port info.
I've disabled the firewall on the media center.
I've even created firewall ruled to open ports 8080 and 80.
Tried typing media center IP address into the phone in question and cannot reach it that way either.
It just makes no sense to me at all as to why only one smartphone has the ability to connect. I'm at my wit's end with this and would really appreciate any help that can be provided. I've looked at multiple threads and still have no luck.
