I don't think so. The Pull Request is still open ( PR1112 ) as well as the Trac ticket (Trac:12739).

Is there anyway to support this pull request?

I would really like to use this feature.

I think we are waiting on Phi to do some GUi work for it.

I really don't see the point for a gui. But i think that has been disussed in the pull request...

Otherwise is there a How-To about Compiling an own Version (Windows) of XBMC and implement the patch?
Any hints on that would be appreciated.

Still waiting on the PR to get finalized and merged. I can share custom win32 builds with this feature added.
