I like to add a new item for the menu which showing Play/Movie Information/More.
In the Foundation Skin i saw that this menu is the file DialogContextMenu.xml.
If i open this file and add something nothing changes in XBMC.
Is this the wrong file?

No that's the correct file but I've just updated Foundation to use the new 'grouplist' control for the context menu.
What exactly are you trying to add?

I'm trying to add a button for the cinema experience script.
There where a few request for this in the ce thread.
I'm not a skin designer, but i thought i could do this.

Oh i think i forgot something, i'm trying to add the button to confluence.
I just used the foundation skin to find the correct file.
