I have a similar issue on MAC OS.
I have:

I am able to install NBA LP from zip file but it's a 0.0.4 ver and have no clue how to install from BlueCop's repo - it says addon damaged
Can someone provide ver 0.0.8 in zip file or a repo with httplib2? I was trying to replace files in addon dir but it doesn't work.

"Addon does not have the correct structure"

I've checked and now the one available in download section works fine, thanks

I can now confirm that 0.0.7 works flawlessly on XBMC Dharma (Openelec).

The plugin no longer works.
