Plug in not working Filipino on demand V2

Hello,

I just recently bought my apple tv2 jailbreak and it came with the Filipino on Demand V2 but for some reason it won't work.. any idea why? or any other plug in that can be good to watch all Filipino Tv Shows, Movies, News etc..
