Changing the up / go back directory button

Hey, my XBMC is looking really good ATM except I really hate the ugly "back" button which comes up in the poster work or banner work when I want to go back. Is there any way (windows 7) to change it please?

You can disable parent folder items (settings->appearance->file lists)
