Rapier Pre 4.2 shutdown

Hi,
I am using Rapier Pre 4.2 win7, xbmc hd rc2 when i choose the shutdown button, xbmc just close.With confluence my pc close when i choose the same button...is this something known to be fixed no the next releases ?

I had this with Transparency. Try - "Settings\System\Power Saving\Shutdown function" or Rapier equivelant.
