Windows No hardware acceleration / video interlaced?

Using XBMC PVR the TV picture looks interlaced / like it has no hardware acceleration. How can this be changed/fixed? Thanks :-)

Video Settings, enable Deinterlacing.

it's in the video osd (the menu in fullscreen video)

Thank you, I found it and played a little bit with it, quality got better, but the black border on the top are jumping are little bit with activated deinterlacing?
