Windows No hardware acceleration / video interlaced?

Using XBMC PVR the TV picture looks interlaced / like it has no hardware acceleration. How can this be changed/fixed? Thanks :-)

Video Settings, enable Deinterlacing.

Thank you, but I can't find the option you mention. I tried System - Settings - Video.

it's in the video osd (the menu in fullscreen video)

Thank you, I found it and played a little bit with it, quality got better, but the black border on the top are jumping are little bit with activated deinterlacing?

my fault, there were some general graphic problems on my system, now it works, thank you!
