There is no code in the actual plugin that does the Geo-Blocking and VPN blocking, its all handled by TVC's API and the plugin just shows the error message it's received.

Thats weird.
Because the website works fine but the app errors out.
What URL's does it scrape and play from?

Sorry but I can't tell you that, I had to sign an NDA before I could have access to the API and that's one of the things that's covered in it. I'll do some checking when I get home and see what I can find out
Scrap that, I just looked at some of the server side code and changed something, try that.

Ok, by the sounds of it you're using a VPN (by your vague answers etc) so I shouldn't really be helping you. That said, 2 things you'll need to make sure of are that your Username/Password don't have spaces/strange characters in as the plugin really doesn't like them and that your clock is set to GMT/BST.

Thanks, changed the clock and it's working.
It's a great app really well presented.
Only issue I have is if I press rewind or skip back it completely freezes. Can't exit xbmc and have to reboot the computer.
Don't press rewind is the obvious answer. But is that a known issue or just something wrong with my setup.
I'm using xbmcv13 alpha because ironically the skip lag on frodo is horrible.
Osx
I understand if you don't want to support since I'm on alpha. That would be perfectly reasonable.
The app is pretty darn good even with the issue.

ok i clicked on that link and downloaded it with 'winrar' but it looks like its already unzipped so when i put it onto a usb stick and tried unzipping it on my streambox it just keeps opening every file individually instead of unzipping it all.
any ideas anyone?
i tried on the super repo site but that wants me to download a 'metapackage' first but thats not easy either
