Hey guys, I've been using xbmx on a windows HTPC for about 2 years and have decided to get another but this time go for XBMCbuntu. I'm having problems when It comes to emulation PSX games because psxemulator won't seem to start up if xbmx is running. The window just quickly disappears..

However, If I log into XBMCbuntu and run psxemulator through the file manager it runs perfectly but If I launch XBMC from the "start" menu thing the games become really laggy...

Is it a ram problem or something? I'm using a dual core build if that helps!

could you post a debug log when you are trying to load the emulator?
