Hi Guys,
I'm using Eden RC2 and experiencing very low volume on music and Apple movie trailers. Movies are playing and sounding perfect.
I'm using a Revo 3700 that's connected to my Denon amp via HDMI only.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
Thanks,
M

Increase the volume by pressing + on a keyboard, decrease it using -
XBMC is sending digital audio directly to the AMP, but MP3s aren't decoded by the amp, so the computer has to take care of that.

Thanks but the volume is so low my amp needs to be nearly on the max to hear it, so I was wondering if I'd missed a setting for non Dolby surround formats.

The volume in XBMC is too low. XBMC is processing the audio as your amp cannot process it. I encountered the same issue and resolved it by adjusting the volume via the + and - keys. When you press them you should see an indication in the top right of the screen that the volume is being adjusted.

Thanks Sureguy, will this affect the volume for movies as well? As currently that element works perfectly.
