Wel, I found a new one second handed (used for testing if a pc still worked) and I'll be able to buy it for 20-25euro.

How does the GT 520 handle 1080p playback or even full bluray rips?

It should be able to playback 1080P file and full blu-ray rip.....here is the full spec on it- GeForce GT 520 (OEM).

So an E6300 + GT 520 is enough to use OpenElec, use XBMC with every Skin fluidly, and play 1080P

It should be more than enough for OpenElec...if it is Intel Pentium E6300 / 2.8 GHz dual-core processor, it should handle most skins with ease and Nvidia GT520 should playback 1080P with ease too....

Well, I wan't to use the Aeon Nox skin and I noticed that it's quite detailed and heavy to run

One of my HTPC is E7200 (2.5 GHZ), and it can handle Aeon Nox with ease....

How does OpenElec do with an AM3 mobo and CPU?
I'm having quite a hard time finding cheap 775 µATX mobo's and I can buy a cheap AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ and a motherboard
