Hello !
Could you please give me the best way to make a client XBMC with my configuration.
I have XBMC on Apple TV2.
Music, video, series are on a NAS and the sources XBMC are SMB sources.
My question is : if i want to have xbmc client on laptop windows. How can i do with minimum parameters (no parameters if possible) ?
Should i use UPnp ?
Thanks for response

Connect to the NAS via SMB as you do with the ATV2

UPnP can be used to share anything in one XBMC library with another XBMC library, if that's what you mean.

Thnaks both for response !
For the first case, if i use SMB, does i need to "re"made all the configuration/parameters i've made in the server. As : source, scraping, ... ? Is there a simple way to get the parameters files to import it in the client ?
For the second case, does the Upnp configuration made be retreive autoamtically the Music, Video, ... Library automatically ? Such as images ? theme ? fanart ?

Ok i've made the configuration.
So that i had a upnp source via "Upnp discovery".
From the menu of xbmc i can access to the files dans browse via Upnp (by title, actor, ...). It's fine.
Last question, in that case, the files are not in the video library of my client so that i can access them only by the files interfaces (under video) ?
I means, it's not possible to have directly access to the theme actors, title, year, ... directly by the menu ? And have the information of what's have been seen, what's news ...
For information, my theme is T!

You can, but it involved a little bit of work:
Sync libraries (wiki)
It's really awesome when it's al setup, though.
