I am a student from Macedonia and I really want to participate in improving XBMC and learning new things and possibly to be accepted in GSOC 2012. My question is this: where to participate for the xbmc project, or where to post my ideas? On this website http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/org/g...c2012/xbmc there is no email to subscribe, except irc, facebook, twitter and google+.

So what to do? I hope that this is the right place to get my question answered.

Several options:

1. You could use any of those links to register your interest.
2. You can post in the forums here.
3. You could append your project idea(s) onto the GSoC page in the wiki.

Basically: Write down which project you're interested in and what questions you have about it and ask away - feel free to ask here if you wish.

In the meantime, I'll have a chat with the GSoC admin and arrange a forum thread here for general GSoC questions to be asked + answered.
