Lo everyone. it's took me a while to post as i been learning how to install xbmclive etc on my my revo and had it all working then all of a sudden my revo stopped working and whilst watchng a film i got surround sound but no speech? I was using the setting over hdmi and just bought a optical cable but still the same? here is what is in my asoundrc file.

Is your center channel working? Can you test with another piece of software, or hardware (like a DVD player, or Blu-Ray player)?

Or god! I been in hospital for a week and me wifes polished and pulled the wire out of centre speaker.....The simplest things can get overlooked? And be very stressfull.

Thanx sureguy wasnt a hard fault but you helped me ..
