All videos I playback with the youtube addon is fast forwarded.
I've updated, re-installed, uninstalling/installing the addon, nothing seems to work

It happened to me also but not with youtube. My problem solved after finding correct audio device on xbmc sound settings and get rid of asound.conf. I hope it helps.

How could the correct audio device be anything other than HW:00? And what good would deleting asound.conf do?
Audio works fine on everything else other than the youtube addon |

Have tried different audio settings but nothing works, any other clues on what could sort this out?
