always seems to happens when i navigate back to the home screen. any fixes or how to disable this script pleasE?!?!

We need to see a debug log. See http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Log_File for details.
Enable debug logging from System settings, System, Debugging, then do whatever is needed to bring up the error. Immediately close XBMC and post the log file on http://pastebin.com/ and post the link here.

No one posted a debug log with debugging turned on, as jhsrennie specifically asked for. Normal logs don't show us enough info to understand what is going on.
