Hi

I have recently had to set up a new router, this has caused the IP addresses of all computers on my network to change.

I have changed to the new IP in my advancedsettings file.

I am now able view movies/tv shows as before, but not listen to any music files.

I removed advancedsettings, exported music library, replaced advancedsettings and reimported but still am getting the same result.

Does anyone know what I can do to remedy it?

You'll need to rescan your music after reimporting - all the importing does is imports the metadata that was scraped from the internet, it doesn't import tag data which is already in your music files.

thanks, had a nightmare with it as it kept adding entries to my sql database so that there were several repeats of each song... cleared database and rescanned.
