I tried to upgrade my HTPC with new xbmc release with XBMCbuntu bat the machine crash after few second.
The main screen of enden is on screen bat the application don't respond at any command.
After I tried to install a fresh ubuntu, update, and run xbmc bat the machine crash.
The log file is empty.
The machines is a P4 with GMA 915?

Someone can help me?

Upgrade ...
I have made various check and with Ubuntu 11.10 based distribution i have always crash.
I have try Ubuntu and Lubuntu version.
The main problem is that xbmc don't make the crash log .
I have try to install Lubuntu 10.10 and xbmc work fine with no crash after several hour of working.
The main difference from ubutnu 10.10 and 11.10 is the kernel : 2.6.35-22 -> 3.0

Someone can help me?
