[XBMCbuntu] How to login?
#1
I have installed the XBMCbuntu onto a USB stick and it boots fine, etc.
But, the sound is not working and it isn't allowing me to go to 1920x1080.

I am running OpenElec right now but wanted to try the new distro.
Is there a easy way to login using Filezilla so I can drop the xorg and asound files onto the stick
through my network? I would prefer if possible to not have to go to the Linux desktop.

I am on a Windows machine and am running XBMC on a Zotac.

This is weird.

I've pressed CTRL-ALT-F1 and have gotten to the login prompt, but 'xbmc' (no quotes) in the user name and password fields does not work. I've also tried 'xbmc' with a blank password - no deal. Is there a FAQ listing the default password for XBMCbuntu 11.0?

(I'm also running XBMBbuntu Eden 11.0 on a Zotac box.)

It'll be the same username and password that you entered in the installer.
