Since I'm planning to update Russian translation with recent GUI changes and also to finalize Ukrainian translation, I'd like to know how I should proceed: to wait for a new system launch or to use old procedure via Trac/pull requests?
An what about standard plugins? (No one has answered my question)

AMD A4-3300 + AsRock A75M-ITX
XBMC-DSplayer 12.2 (custom build) on Windows 7

Based on the commits in GIT the translation system for .po files is already available...I think the guys are preparing transifex or similar to get the translation stuff handled more easily...
So let's wait a day or twi

I need some volunteers testing the new translation system. We'd like to make a test period to see what to tune until we announce the system for big time translation.

What is needed:
- Ability to compile latest GIT revision.
- Time for testing :-)

If you want to participate, please write to alanwww1@xbmc.org

Thanks

Just to be clear: what software and on what systems we are talking about?

It is a web based translation system on transifex.org. Runs in any brwoser on any operation system.

Sorry, but I have very little time nowadays.
Yes you need latest version of xbmc from git to test the new language files.
On windows you can download a pre compiled nightly version from here : http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/win32/
I believe we have not updated the linux ppa, so on linux you would need a compile for that.

Cheers !
