Neon skin - image scraper

I am fairly new to XBMC and I just started playing with the Neon skin last night. I'm just wondering if the skin will download all of the images for every view or if I need to add a different scraper for certain views. I didn't completely finish updating last night, but I noticed after a little bit of time that the TV shows were mostly updated and the logos (clearArt) were missing and some of the sizes seemed off for the specific view I liked. Basically, are most of the skins set up or designed to grab all of the images for the views they support or is this something the user has to do?
