Windows 7 Boot Screen & XBMC load at boot

I have found many threads through searching, but nothing current or complete.

I am looking to have XBMC more appliance-like.
1. How do I get Windows 7 to load with an XBMC load screen
2. How do I get XBMC to boot right after the XBMC load screen so I don't land in windows first?

Thank you in advance for your help, I just downloaded 11.0 and am loving it.
