I've had to start a rebuild of my media after having a server crash and no backup

As I begin to add items back onto my server. Is there a way to export the images (ie, banners, fanart) that show in XMBC back to the server?

There will be locally cached images, but they're all indexed by hash values and there's no easy way to rename those and move them back

Do you know where I would locate the cached images on a Windows7 setup? There's really only a handful of custom one's that I would like to be able to retrieve. The rest I can let rescan from either imdb or tvdb.
