I have a new HTPC, fresh install of W7 32bit.
XBMC works fine (Version Eden 11 + HD). After exiting XBMC and if I decide to re-open XBMC it will no longer open.
Start task manager and try to end process multiple times and the process just stays there, a reboot must be performed for xbmc to open again.
XBMC will not re-open after exiting

I encounter this as well (occasionally) on Win7 64bit - If I close XBMC (usually though ALT+F4) it will not be able to re-open unless I restart my comp.

Throw a debug log up here, also try run in portable mode (-p in command line) from a fresh directory to rule out addons.
